1) After posting excessive comments on the blog, I've been invited to join The Plumbline School by Henry Gould. I'll be crafting my first post on the plane to Chicago. Of course, I still have finish my first book review in over a year for The Great American Pinup as well. I've finally returned to being a productive member of the poetry community. Boo-yah for me.
2) If you are at AWP, stop by the table for the AWP Two-Year Caucus on Friday, February 13, between 10:00 and 11:00 in the morning. I'll be working the table that hour; we can talk shop for free, but if you wanna harass and cajole me, it'll cost you a beer at the hotel bar.
3) I have no clue what I'll be doing in the evening while I'm at AWP. I'm bringing a stack of essays from my Honors Composition course to read and comment upon. If you are up for it, try to convince me to leave my hotel room and go to a reading, etc. Or invite me to read at your event as a last minute addition. Or volunteer to help me read and comment on those essays. Seriously. It's a huge friggin' stack.
4) I'll attempt to post daily evening updates while at AWP, but that's dependent on whether I can cop some free wireless.
